Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Please note, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival. If this applies, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
