Payment for pre-order items is taken at checkout. These items will be dispatched on their scheduled release date.

Release dates can be found on the relevant product pages. If there are any delays, the updated release date will also be reflected on the product page.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Please note, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same working day, depending on the current workload.
