We also support digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Whichever way you choose to pay, you can shop with confidence knowing your transaction is secure and your preferred payment method is accepted.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched together. Please keep this in mind when ordering both in-stock and pre-order items. If you’d prefer separate shipments, feel free to contact us to arrange this.

Payment for pre-order items is taken at checkout. These items will be dispatched on their scheduled release date.

Release dates can be found on the relevant product pages. If there are any delays, the updated release date will also be reflected on the product page.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Please note, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same working day, depending on the current workload.

Royal Mail – Tracked 48:

• £3.95 for orders up to 2kg
• £6.95 for orders between 2kg–10kg
• £10.95 for orders between 10kg–20kg
• Fully tracked
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

• £4.95 for orders up to 2kg
• £7.95 for orders between 2kg–10kg
