If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched together. Please keep this in mind when ordering both in-stock and pre-order items. If you’d prefer separate shipments, feel free to contact us to arrange this.

Payment for pre-order items is taken at checkout. These items will be dispatched on their scheduled release date.

Release dates can be found on the relevant product pages. If there are any delays, the updated release date will also be reflected on the product page.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day, depending on the current workload.
